Chúng tôi cung cấp các gói tập linh hoạt 3 tháng, 5 tháng hoặc theo từng mục tiêu cụ thể, thay vì bắt buộc mua gói dài hạn cả năm như các phòng gym khác. Điều này giúp bạn tập trung vào kết quả thực tế mà không lo lắng về cam kết tài chính dài hạn.
Chúng tôi hiểu rằng khách hàng thường có lịch trình bận rộn, vì vậy bạn hoàn toàn có thể linh hoạt thay đổi lịch tập khi cần thiết. Chỉ cần báo trước với huấn luyện viên, chúng tôi sẽ hỗ trợ sắp xếp thời gian phù hợp mà không làm gián đoạn quá trình tập luyện của bạn.
Chắc chắn có! Chúng tôi cam kết đảm bảo sự riêng tư tuyệt đối cho khách hàng, đặc biệt là những người nổi tiếng hoặc doanh nhân cần giữ hình ảnh cá nhân. Thông tin cá nhân và hình ảnh trong quá trình tập luyện đều được bảo mật 100%. Bạn có thể yên tâm tập trung vào việc rèn luyện sức khỏe mà không phải lo lắng gì cả.
Mỗi gói tập tại PT 1:1 đều bao gồm:
- Lộ trình tập luyện cá nhân hóa
- Chế độ dinh dưỡng phù hợp với mục tiêu
- Theo dõi tiến độ hàng tuần và điều chỉnh kịp thời
Tất cả các PT (Personal Trainer) tại TNT đều được đích thân anh Trần Trung Nhân trực tiếp đào tạo. Quy trình đào tạo của PT tại của chúng tôi bao gồm:
- Kiến thức chuyên môn về thể hình và dinh dưỡng
- Kỹ năng đánh giá thể trạng khách hàng và thiết kế lộ trình cá nhân hóa
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và chăm sóc khách hàng VIP
- Cam kết không chèo kéo dịch vụ, tôn trọng sự riêng tư của khách hàng
Chúng tôi sẽ tiến hành đo lường và đánh giá thể trạng ban đầu của bạn trước khi bắt đầu lộ trình tập luyện. Trong quá trình tập, bạn sẽ được theo dõi tiến độ hàng tuần để thấy rõ sự thay đổi về số đo, cân nặng và sức khỏe tổng thể. Điều này giúp bạn luôn nắm bắt được kết quả của mình và điều chỉnh lộ trình tập luyện kịp thời.
